Packages Returned
When a package is returned due to bad address, refusal, or failure to pick up by customer (if customer asks for it to be held at Post Office/UPS, or sends to PO Box) -- we are charged for shipping both ways -- along with a "processing" surcharge that generally puts the shipping on us at higher than what the guest paid for the order. In these cases, we issue a refund of the item, less any shipping paid -- if any was paid (we're not going to hold back a "restocking fee" or any of that nonsense).

This thing hits like an absolute truck. It's a little awkward to use at first -- there's definitely a learning curve -- but it's such a unique toy that it's understandable. Leaves the most interesting bruise patterns.
