Packages Returned
When a package is returned due to bad address, refusal, or failure to pick up by customer (if customer asks for it to be held at Post Office/UPS, or sends to PO Box) -- we are charged for shipping both ways -- along with a "processing" surcharge that generally puts the shipping on us at higher than what the guest paid for the order. In these cases, we issue a refund of the item, less any shipping paid -- if any was paid (we're not going to hold back a "restocking fee" or any of that nonsense).

Excellent product, still getting used to it, great for thuddy pain but will need to use it longer to draw out appropriate markings, though that is not a fault of the product
