Packages Returned
When a package is returned due to bad address, refusal, or failure to pick up by customer (if customer asks for it to be held at Post Office/UPS, or sends to PO Box) -- we are charged for shipping both ways -- along with a "processing" surcharge that generally puts the shipping on us at higher than what the guest paid for the order. In these cases, we issue a refund of the item, less any shipping paid -- if any was paid (we're not going to hold back a "restocking fee" or any of that nonsense).

Conductive and thuddy, what more could you ask for? I have used it for impact and electro play and was very happy with the results. Just be aware, it may take a little bit to receive the cane, so don't let anticipation get to you, lol. Ordered on 12 November, received on 3 December, so order well ahead of when you need it. I would highly recommend.
