    Packages Returned

    When a package is returned due to bad address, refusal, or failure to pick up by customer (if customer asks for it to be held at Post Office/UPS, or sends to PO Box) -- we are charged for shipping both ways -- along with a "processing" surcharge that generally puts the shipping on us at higher than what the guest paid for the order. In these cases, we issue a refund of the item, less any shipping paid -- if any was paid (we're not going to hold back a "restocking fee" or any of that nonsense).

    So I named this cane Respect and you can definitely teach your sub all about it with just a few strokes. I've had rattan and carbon fiber canes in the past but nothing as wicked as this bastard. My sub loves this cane during play-time but fears it for punishment stokes. If you are a beginner or want something just to play with, this is not the cane for you.
